自3月1日起，成年人可在基层医疗中心（CAP）免费接种疫苗，无需医生处方。此外，卫生部门公布的新疫苗接种日程，旨在统一疫苗接种安排，并更好地控制部分疾病。
疫苗将从3月1日起在基层医疗中心免费接种，且不再需要处方。此前，在共付制下，接种者需先行垫付200多欧元，社会保障机构 CASS 需承担约 651欧元。如今，通过集中采购，卫生部将承担100%费用，即约 490欧元。

根据新的接种日程，卫生部门明确规定了40岁、65岁和80岁人群应接种的疫苗，例如破伤风、白喉和百日咳。该日程还涵盖孕妇以及18岁以上尚未接种或未获得免疫的人群。

该成人疫苗接种日程将与现有的儿童疫苗接种计划以及年度流感和新冠疫苗接种活动相互补充。卫生部门预计公众反应积极，因为目前疫苗接种覆盖率较高，部分疫苗（如麻腮风三联疫苗）的接种率已超过 90%。
Free adult vaccination without prescription from March 1
From March 1, adults will be able to receive vaccinations free of charge at primary healthcare centers (CAP) without the need for a prescription. In addition, the new vaccination schedule announced by the Ministry of Health aims to harmonize vaccine administration and improve the control of certain diseases.
Vaccines will begin to be administered free of charge at CAPs from March 1, without requiring a prescription. Until now, under the co-payment system, users had to advance more than 200 euros, while the social security system (CASS) covered around 651 euros. With the new centralized purchasing system, the Ministry of Health will now finance 100% of the cost, amounting to approximately 490 euros.

Under the new schedule, the Ministry of Health defines the vaccines to be administered at the ages of 40, 65, and 80, such as those for tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough. It also includes pregnant women and people over 18 who are unvaccinated or not immunized.

This adult vaccination schedule complements the existing childhood vaccination program as well as the annual influenza and COVID-19 campaigns. The Ministry of Health expects a positive response, as vaccination coverage rates are already high, exceeding 90% in some cases, such as the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine.
Vaccination des adultes gratuite et sans ordonnance à partir du 1er mars
À partir du 1er mars, les adultes pourront se faire vacciner gratuitement dans les centres de soins primaires (CAP) sans avoir besoin d’ordonnance. Par ailleurs, le nouveau calendrier vaccinal annoncé par le ministère de la Santé vise à harmoniser l’administration des vaccins et à mieux contrôler certaines maladies.
Les vaccins commenceront à être administrés gratuitement dans les CAP à compter du 1er mars, sans prescription médicale. Jusqu’à présent, dans le cadre du système de copaiement, l’usager devait avancer plus de 200 euros, tandis que la CASS prenait en charge environ 651 euros. Désormais, grâce à l’achat centralisé, le ministère financera 100 % du coût, soit environ 490 euros.

Avec ce nouveau calendrier, le ministère de la Santé fixe les vaccins à administrer à partir de 40, 65 et 80 ans, notamment contre le tétanos, la diphtérie et la coqueluche. Le dispositif inclut également les femmes enceintes ainsi que les personnes de plus de 18 ans non vaccinées ou non immunisées.

Il s’agit d’une initiative que nous mettons en place, mais qui correspond également à une recommandation de l’Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS), adoptée progressivement par de nombreux pays dans le cadre de calendriers vaccinaux tout au long de la vie. »

Ce calendrier de vaccination des adultes vient compléter le calendrier vaccinal des enfants ainsi que les campagnes annuelles contre la grippe et la Covid-19. Le ministère de la Santé anticipe une bonne adhésion, les taux de couverture vaccinale étant déjà élevés et dépassant 90 % pour certains vaccins, comme le vaccin ROR (rougeole, oreillons, rubéole).
