强降雪预警下，安道尔全力协调避免边境关闭

受未来几天强降雪和大风天气影响，法国方面正评估是否关闭通往帕斯-德拉卡萨（Pas de la Casa）的边境通道。对此，安道尔政府已第一时间向法国当局表达关切，并主动提出支援方案。

据悉，安道尔政府已表示，愿意通过公共工程部门（COEX）调派除雪设备前往法国境内协助清雪，以尽可能保障道路通行。不过，法国方面指出，由于预计将出现强风和能见度极低的情况，即便加强除雪作业，道路安全仍可能面临较大风险。

按照目前的预案：

-RN320 与 RN22 公路可能于周五晚 20:00 起全面关闭。

-19 吨以上重型车辆将自18:00 起被禁止通行 RN20、RN320、RN22（Foix 至 Ur 路段）。

安道尔政府强调，边境通道一旦关闭，将对帕斯-德拉卡萨地区经济活动造成直接影响，因此有必要尽最大努力保持出入口开放。为此，双方将于明天上午举行新一轮技术跟进会议，持续评估天气变化与交通安全状况。

Due to forecasts of heavy snowfall and strong winds in the coming days, French authorities are assessing the possible closure of the border access to Pas de la Casa. In response, the Andorran government has promptly expressed its concerns to the French authorities and proactively proposed support measures.

According to available information, Andorra has offered to deploy snow-clearing machinery from its public works department (COEX) to assist operations on French territory, in order to help maintain road access. However, French authorities have indicated that the expected strong winds and very low visibility could pose serious risks to road safety, even with reinforced snow-clearing efforts.

Under the current contingency plan:

-RN320 and RN22 may be fully closed from 8:00 p.m. on Friday

-Vehicles over 19 tonnes will be prohibited from circulating from 6:00 p.m. on RN20, RN320 and RN22 (between Foix and Ur)

The Andorran government has stressed that any closure of the border would have a direct economic impact on the Pas de la Casa area and that every effort should therefore be made to keep access routes open. To this end, a new technical follow-up meeting between both sides will be held tomorrow morning to continue assessing weather conditions and road safety.
