Andorra Endavant has strongly opposed the recently approved Omnibus Law, arguing that it violates private property rights by imposing restrictions on citizens’ assets without offering any compensation.

The party stated that it had intended to file an appeal of unconstitutionality before the Constitutional Court, as provided for in Article 99 of Andorra’s Constitution. However, according to their official statement, they were unable to proceed due to a lack of support in the General Council. Specifically, they regret that neither Concòrdia nor the Social Democratic Party (PS) provided the three necessary signatures from general councilors required to formally submit the appeal.
